Step 1: Register
Once you’ve signed up to Viva Memory, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Follow the link in the email and login to your account to get started.
Step 2: Create a free Online memorial page
Now you’ve logged in, you’re ready to create a free Online memorial page. Start by filling in basic information about your loved one. I.e., their name, date of birth/death and a short obituary, if you wish.
Step 3: Add to your memories
Upload family photos, videos and share your favourite stories and memories. You can also use your online memorial page to send sympathy or funeral flowers – simply click on the ‘Gifts & Flowers’ tab in your login area.
Step 4: Share with friends and family
Once you’ve published an Viva Memory memorial page, you can invite friends, family and colleagues to contribute and share their own memories, photos and stories of your loved one. You can find and browse pages by name here.
Step 5: Re-visit
Re-visit your loved one’s page as often as you like. If you’d prefer, you can start with just a few words and add to your page at a later date.
